Thank You to College of Cape Town – Wynberg & Crawford Campuses

We recently had the privilege of hosting MOT sessions at the College of Cape Town, starting at the Wynberg Campus and then again at the Crawford Campus.

We want to say a big thank you to the College for inviting us in and giving us the opportunity to work with the students. It was really encouraging to see everyone taking part, sharing openly, and engaging with the activities and conversations.

During the sessions, students not only got to learn more about what MOT is all about, but they also had the chance to learn more about themselves, their strengths, their values, and how they want to show up in their lives and in their futures.

One of the students even shared that the session helped them get to know each other better and feel more comfortable, which is exactly the kind of safe and supportive space we aim to create through MOT.

We’re grateful for the warm welcome and support from the staff, and we truly appreciate the effort that went into making both sessions possible.

A special shoutout and thank you to our MOT coaches as well. Thank you for showing up, supporting the students (now MOT Youth), and bringing so much energy and care into the space.
